What can this be Are these periods?

Ok so may 19 I had a normal 9 day period.. 2 weeks layer I was having strechy mucus looking discharge that gradually got more blood in it to a point when I just thought it was a period. The now it's been a 1.5 weeks and I'm startin tO get cervical mucus with blood tinge which I'm not sure if it gunna be like the last? What can this be I'm so confused..
