Is it ok to show anger,rage ,contempt, resentment, bitterness towards people because you had such a hard life?

It is totally okay to feel anger, bitterness, resentment, etc... You must remember something though. Problems like that never just disappear, you learn to deal with it better. It is hard not to show such negativity to people who have hurt you in the past but the only way to help yourself is TO FORGIVE THEM. Do not deny your feelings because ignoring them will not allow anything to get better. And the socializing thing with people who judge you and such. Do you think it might be just in your head? And if not... just know there are always people who are like that but there are also good people who are open and willing to help. One piece of advice though, when you first meet someone, don't overwhelm them with all the horrible experiences in your life. It is not good to present yourself with such negativity with first impression with anyone. I do acknowledge you for wanting to better yourself and taking that step of realizing your problems. And one more thing that is worth thinking about... you teach people how to treat you. Don't expect people to respect or love you if you don't respect or love yourself. Good luck with everything and I am so sure you are on the road to a better life and better you. =) Keep seeking help when you need it! No one is a super human and you should never think that you must go through everything yourself.
