'80s movie, an elite vehicular fighting group, driving motorcycles scooters, cars...?

Their vehicles had machines guns and rocket launchers and stuff... it wasn't post-apocalyptic, everybody wore jumpsuits, and the vehicles had this "cool angular look" popular in the 80's. The Totally crap movie, but I can't think of the name, and it's kinda driving me nuts... Does anyone know?
