I got a warranty notice for my car?

It says Final warranty notice from warranty services. its asking me if i want to extend or reinstate my warranty for our car. it has coverages up to 200,000 miles. It says i get a 200 dollar discount. Has anyone ever heard of this warranty ? the car doesn't have a warranty should we get it? or is it no good? is it expensive? Thank you..
