Is she just saying this,so she wont half to go out with me?

ok so me and this gurl was going out back in dec,so everythings kool in till 3 months later,she says shes moving to a diffirent state,so because she said that we just decided to break up and just be friends,we had only been together for 3 months,btw ive known her for 3 years but i neva asked her out. anyway just rencently she said she was thinking about staying insted of moving,we live an hr awy frm each other,and she said its kinda hard to do long distance relationships,bt i think its not,anyway i drive 90 miles to see her lol ya kinda far bt oh well,1 of my best friends said that she thinks my ex gf is just saying that so she wont half to go out with me...idk anyway if she stays n cal will she still wanna go bak out with me n if not was my best friend right?? btw im 19 n she's 17
