Do you think it's worth it to live in a condo? I don't?

Living in a condo is a nightmare. Last year, the condo ociation required all of us to stain our deck. I had a friend did for me but he used the wrong color. I had to redo it again but didn't have time. The condo c. did it themselves without my authorization when I wasn't home. They charged me 5 times more than it worths. They only replaced a piece of wood in front of the balcony, they didn't restain it. They also sued me and demanded the attorney fee. Now, not just that I have to pay $142.00 (which I already paid)for a 10x3 piece of wood but $600 attorney fee. I hate to live in a condo more and more. The same amount that I paid for this place, I can get a single home accross the state. I live in North of MD and PA is much cheaper with 20 minutes drive. That was the worst mistake I ever made by buying this condo. I hate those commies who tressped and harred me constantly. I'm sure I'm not the only one but the entire neighborhood suffer from the same nazi.
