What is legality of a bond someone signed for acompany ?

The Bonds which you are forced to sign before joining a company dont have much legal value as no unreasonable restrictions can be imposed on anybody by any Bond as Constitution of India has guaranteed enough rights and freedom to all citizens which is supreme.If the Bond violates you fundamental rights-it is illegal and cant be enforced.
