There is blood in my rabbit's hutch!?!?

I've got 1 male lop rabbit and today when i went to clean out his hutch i saw there was blood on the bottom of the hutch he is only 9 weeks old but he is acting all normal nothing wrong and i have check to see if there are any scratch marks on him and there isn't .what is causing this ?shall i take him to the vet?
