New symptoms?

I know I am getting to be annoying but I want someone else's opinion while I wait for my drs appointment. I am still bloated and it is getting so much worse (constant). I also have noticed that my stomach has begun to harden up a little bit, as well, which is a little strange. I love spicy food and never suffer after eating it but now I get the worst heartburn. I am sooooo exhausted still, get bad headaches frequently, and so moody. My bbs have throbbing pains going through and my are ultra sensitive. My appetite is still high and I am continuing to gain weight. My stomach constantly aches and so does my lower back. My gums bleed more easily, also. I also have begun to have more gas and I take more pee breaks now.
