My 1996 Chevy Cavalier is making a weird noise! HELP!?

It has been doing it for as long as I can remember, I have had the car for about 3 years now. Anyways, it is only obvious when I get up to about 55-60mph and cruise at that speed, but it is like a loud noise, it sounds like I have off road tires on the pavement, but it is more of a solid sound. When I go like 5-10mph my car kind of wobbles, so I'm thinking I might need an alignment, I have no idea, I'm hoping someone will understand what I'm talking about and be able to help me! Thanks!
