I just finished two weeks of antibiotics..how long till i can have w/out condoms safely?

So here is the thing...i had four teth removed and had an infection...doc gave me antibiotics and sed no for TWO WEEKS..bc it cancles out my Trivora 28 birth control...so me and my boyfriend have been using condoms..well how long should i wait until we can have without condoms and be safe about it? Nest thing is im on week two of the pack for this month then i am supposed to switch to yasmin after this pack is through with..does that mean i have to wait longer bc my body has to get used to the stronger hormone and all?
