How do you tell your husband you don't always have s during ?

I am on different medication and sometimes have issues with staying wet and having s. I want to end the drought and *** everytime we have , but how. Only for serious mature adults. Sometimes I cramp extremely bad after any sugestions. I don't cheat on my husband!
