How do you get cactus needles out of your hand?

i was being an idiot trying to close my window, the handle was stuck so i was trying to force it down, it slams and my hand smashes into my cactus nearby, i got all the big ones out but now all thats left are a bunch of tiny ones that i cant seem to get out. that was yesterday, now the skin has kinda healed over most of the needles. i need halp :/
