Getting Rid of Shadow Spirits/Persons?

This behavior for is extremely unusual for shadow people. Normally they're much more afraid of humans than humans are afraid of them. They may all be facets of someone's out-of-control thought form, bent on harm and feeding on your fear. Talk to priests of any religion and have them inspect your room, they may be able to help.
